Our Services

Interfacility Transfers: These can be hospital-to-hospital, nursing home/assisted living facility-to-hospital, hospital-to-nursing home/assisted living facility, hospital-to-home. A physician will have to certify that medical transport is necessary and will have to complete a PCS form prior to transport. We accept a facility/healthcare system PCS form or our form can be accessed here. Please call us at 608-399-8700

Hospice Transport: We will work with you and the Hospice provider to help get your loved one to where they are most comfortable, providing the care, dignity and respect that they deserve. Please email us at general@badgerlandems.com

Education: We also offer training on First Aid, Stop-the-Bleed, and CPR. If you're interested in holding a class, please email us at general@badgerlandems.com.Be sure to include your name, the size of the class, date/time(s) that you're interested in holding the class, and location for where you'd like it held. 

Event Standbys: If you have an event that requires medical coverage, or is desired, please email us at general@badgerlandems.com and we'd be more than happy to work with you.

Specialty Care Transport Teams: Whether you are a fixed wing or rotor wing program, we are able to pick your team up at a local airport and transport them to their destination. Below are examples of the different care levels that we can provide, based on patient specific information gathered upon your request for transport.

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Patients that require minimal interventions during transport. Including:
  • Basic vital signs monitoring (Non-Invasive Blood Pressure monitoring, Heart Rate and SPO2 monitoring)
  • Basic oxygen administration (Nasal cannula, OxyMask, Non-Rebreather mask)
  • Blood sugar monitoring
  • IV's that are capped
Advanced Life Support (ALS)
Patients that require advanced interventions during transport. Including:
  • Advanced vital signs monitoring (ETCO2 monitoring)
  • IV/IO fluid administration and maintenance
  • Advanced medications including BP support, antiarrhythmics, pain control, and sedation
  • Up to 2 medications on IV pumps
  • Blood product administration
  • Flow regulated CPAP
  • Cardiac monitoring
  • Pacing
  • Intubated/ventilated patients
Critical Care 
Patients that require specialty care during transport. Including:
  • Multi-medication administration by IV pump
  • Non-Invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation (NIPPV)- BiPAP
  • Hemodynamic monitoring
